BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

A deposit is required for selected services. Deposits are non-refundable. However, I offer the flexibility to reschedule appointments, with deposits seamlessly transferred to your next booking, provided a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Cancellations made within the window of 48 to 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For cancellations occurring within less than 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, the full price of the appointment will be charged. For any PMU retouch appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, will be charged a £50 re-booking fee. I appreciate your understanding.
